1. The app
Achely is a headache diary provided “as is”. Achely is a diary, not a medical device, and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Talk to a healthcare professional about your headaches. Counts, charts and patterns in the app only reflect what you logged and are not proof of a cause. Pressure readings depend on your phone's sensor. If a headache is sudden and severe or comes with warning signs, get emergency help.
2. Achely Pro
Pro is offered as a yearly subscription (with a free trial only where one is shown in the app), a monthly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase, at the prices shown in the app for your country. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions; if a free trial is shown, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid being charged. Refunds follow Google Play's policies.
3. Ads
The free version is supported by ads. Rewarded ads unlock a Pro feature temporarily or add one detailed report; nothing is unlocked if the ad is not completed.
4. Acceptable use
Don't reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app or its services.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TheYourList is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law in your country.
